Beech Gardens, Ludlow is a new Independent Living Scheme that consists of:
12 one bedroom apartments
10 two bedroom apartments
4 two bedroom bungalows
The scheme is designed to help people live independently in their homes for longer. All the properties are designed around a beautiful courtyard area which contains raised planters, petanque court and greenhouse area.
The scheme is gated, with secured door entry systems to give you peace of mind. Each home will be wheelchair accessible, with a lift to first floor flats, scooter charging points and have a personal alarm/pendant for your added security.
Beech Gardens is intended for people who need some support to live independently.
Your main support comes from the resident Independent Living Coordinator and the HomeLife support team. Should you need additional care or support, this can be bought in, so that you have the flexibility to enable you to live in your own home for as long as possible.
The Independent Living Coordinator will be able to help you apply and assess your needs and advise on other services that you can access.
Owner occupiers are also eligible to apply for the scheme. Just ask one of our team for advice and assistance.
The scheme has private access to the nearby Independent Living Centre’s communal facilities, including laundry facilities, community room and office for staff and private consultations.
There are many activities, events, lunch clubs and functions provided that you can choose from of which your Independent Living Coordinator will keep you informed.
